Top 5 best people for the democratic VEEP!
5. Ted Strickland. Governor of Ohio. While nobody outside of Ohio knows who he is, he would bring the state of Ohio with him. Obama needs to win Ohio now because Florida is lost and Pennsylvania is in play. Chance of happening 5%.
4. Mark Warner. Former Governor of Virginia. He would bring a little bit of experience in governing to the table not to mention he was the governor of a red state! Alas, he will not be the choice because he is running for the Senate and will win. - .5%
3. Al Gore. Former Vice President and former winner of the Presidency. He has been there done that and would whine all day about global warming. - .5%
2. Hillary Clinton. Senator from New York. She would unite the party. She would also try to run the White House if they won and possibly pull off the first coup in American History. 30.5%
1. General Wesley Clark. Just look at his former job title. Supreme Allied Commander of Europe!!!! He is also a southern white guy that is a Clintonite. He would unite the party and would forever take away the notion that Democrats are girly men. I want to see John McCain or any republican call him a coward. I triple dog dare you!!!!! If Hillary says no, this better be Obama’s choice!!! 30%
Top 5 worst people for the democratic VEEP!
Not because I don’t like the people, but because they either don’t bring anything to the table or they would hurt us.
5. Chris Dodd. Senator from Connecticut. Haven’t we learned our lesson on nominating anyone from New England! He brings tons of experience but no one has ever heard of him and he is from New England. Chance of happening 1%.
4. Joe Biden. Senator from Delaware. I love this guy! He speaks the truth and has a ton of experience in something Obama lacks completely. Foreign Policy. The reason why he is on the worst picks list is because he would undoubtedly say stupid things and Obama already makes freshman mistakes, we don’t need both of them doing that! – 1%
3. Michael Bloomberg. Mayor of New York City. He might bring a lot of elitist and independents with him, but isn’t that what Obama is already doing? I guess if Obama’s fund raising dried up, the billionaire could finance the whole thing! – 1%
2. John Edwards. Professional Politician. What does this man bring to the table? He has already been the VP Nominee once and brought nothing to the table. Oh, except a speech when John Kerry lost and didn’t want to concede. Can’t win his home state and won’t bring anything useful to the ticket. Unfortunately the chances of this happening are 15.5%.
1. Bill Richardson. Former Energy Secretary, Former UN Ambassador, Former United States Congressman, and Current Governor of New Mexico. This is the man that should have been our nominee, yet he is the worst debater ever. When asked what the #1 problem in America is, he responded Education. Talk about a subject no one likes to talk about. I happen to agree that education is in fact more important than the war and more important than healthcare. Why you might ask? Because if we teach people how to not be morons we wont go to war in places we cant win and we can teach people how not to eat McDonalds everyday and get diabetes. Anyway, I get off topic. There is actually only one reason he should not be on the ticket and that is because I don’t think many white people will vote for two minorities. Maybe be one, but not two. – 15%
